Hi, I'm Jonathan Richardson. My goal is emotional connection between your music and the listener, so Jesus can do His work with the gospel message.

Many years as a touring musician and sound engineer for a lot of DIY and larger venues, studio internships, and the honor of working in some of the best recordings studios with bands ranging from metal, industrial noise, post rock, acoustic, indie, rock, hip-hop, pop to bluegrass and blues, has given me a unique appreciation for gospel music. After finishing the Mastering Accelerator program in 2021, I continued education at Mastering Academy (Hamburg, Germany). My education and two decades of experience have developed a lot of skills to help your music translate clearly on all sound systems, and connect with your listeners.

Jesus saved me from the borg (otherwise known as that downward bad place in the Bible), and I'm ridiculously thankful to be able to share His gospel with the lost, so they can make it to heaven and not end up down there. 

My years in live sound taught me how to get the definition needed for each instrument to resonate properly in the body so it can be felt and not just heard. This has helped a lot with mixing. For mastering, after carefully addressing any sonic issues, I curate, focus, and highlight the best parts of your music, in a pleasing and cohesive way, using the best modern and vintage gear. I aim to beat time honored earth music standards, for the final step in your production. Maintaining healthy microdynamic ecosystems within your music, while getting your desired loudness to prepare your music for distribution to all the streaming platforms, and vinyl or other media if desired.
